Refund Policy for Training Programs

At [Your Website Name], we invest considerable resources in preparing for each training session to ensure participants receive the best possible experience. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policies apply:

  • Refund Requests After Payment:
    If you request a refund after making the payment, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid. This partial refund accounts for the preparatory work and resources already committed to your training.

  • No Refunds Within Seven (7) Days of Training:
    If you request a refund within seven (7) days of the scheduled training date, no refunds will be issued. At this point, all arrangements and preparations have been finalized, and it is no longer possible to accommodate cancellations.

  • No Refunds After Training:
    Once the training has started or been completed, no refunds will be provided, regardless of attendance or participation status. The full value of the training is considered delivered at the start of the session.

Transfer Policy

  • Transfer to Another Person:
    If you are unable to attend the training, you may transfer your spot to another person. A 15% transfer fee of the total training cost will apply. The transfer request must be submitted in writing, and the new participant must meet the eligibility criteria for the training program. Transfers are not allowed within seven (7) days of the training.

Refunds for Online Courses

All sales of online courses, including digital materials, are final. Once you have gained access to the course content, no refunds will be issued. Digital course materials are considered delivered and non-refundable upon purchase.
